This coffee is a Geisha variety from Janson Coffee Farm in Panama, sourced from Lot 628. The farm spans two plantations on the Talamanca Mountain Range: Hacienda las Lagunas (1,350–1,400 masl) located west of Barú Volcano, and Los Alpes (1,600–1,700 masl) in Tisingal, bordering La Amistad International Park. The coffee is processed using the washed method. Grown in volcanic soil enriched by natural springs, the farm uses no pesticides or herbicides and operates with 100% solar energy.
