Specifically, Hacienda las Lagunas sits at 1,350–1,400 masl in the Volcán region, while Los Alpes is at 1,600–1,700 masl in Tizingal. The coffee is processed using the washed method, with careful hand selection. Janson Farm uses sustainable practices, with coffee grown in rich volcanic soil without pesticides or herbicides.
