About This Coffee

This single-origin Ethiopian coffee comes from Arbegona, produced by Mulugeta Muntasha and dried at the Arbegona Drying Station with cherries supplied by ~600 outgrowers. Variety 74158; natural (sun-dried) processing on raised beds to 10–12% moisture at 2300–2400 MASL. The cup is bright and floral with hibiscus, vibrant tropical fruit and blackberry notes, finishing smooth and sweet with chocolate character.
