Sourced from indigenous coffee-producing communities in the Tenejapa region of Chiapas, Mexico, this single origin lot is grown on volcanic soils at altitudes between 1,000 and 1,350 meters. Varieties include Caturra, Typica, Costa Rica, and Marsellesa, all processed using the washed method with overnight fermentation and sun-dried on patios for 12 to 18 days. Flavor notes include apple, hazelnut, citrus, brown sugar, and nutmeg.
