About This Coffee

Merlot is produced by Abdulwahid Sherif at the Kossa Geshe farm, located in the Limmu Kossa District of Western Ethiopia, in the highlands of the Kebena Forest at 1,900 masl. This 1,000 hectare farm was established in 2009. The coffee features Ethiopian varieties 74110, 74140, 74112, and 74165, processed using an Anaerobic Natural method. Roasted Light/Medium for filter brewing, this single origin cup is berry-forward with tasting notes of Mxrlot, Sugarcane, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Red Grape. Cup score: 88.25.
