About This Coffee

Merlot is a single origin coffee produced by Abdulwahid Sherif at the Kossa Geshe farm in the Limmu Kossa region of Western Ethiopia, grown at 1,900 masl in the highlands of the Kebena Forest. This 1,000-hectare farm was established in 2009. The coffee features Ethiopian varietals 74110, 74140, 74112, and 74165, processed using an Anaerobic Natural method. Roasted Light/Medium specifically for espresso, it is berry-forward with tasting notes of Mxrlot, Raspberry, Strawberry Shortcake, and Vanilla. Cup score: 88.25.
