About This Coffee

This lot is 100% Pink Bourbon from Finca La Pradera in Santa Maria (Huila), Colombia, grown at 2,050 meters and managed by Luis Enrique Cuellar and Robinson Cuellar. The coffee was processed as washed / hyper light honey with 24 hours fermentation, floatation and de-pulping, followed by additional fermentation and 18–25 days drying in a greenhouse. Tasting notes include golden raisin, pineapple, Rainier cherry, peach, citrus, jammy/syrupy sweetness and subtle floral accents.

Flower Child Coffee

Prestin Yoder founded Flower Child as a small roasting and green buying project after years working in specialty coffee. The operation runs out of Oakland, focusing on limited releases rather than a permanent lineup. Yoder roasts light but fully developed targeting clarity, and sources directly from farmers. The emphasis on farmer compensation and ongoing dialogue with producing partners shapes both the selection and the pricing. Coffees are curated for cleanliness, vibrancy, and origin expression, with lots from Ethiopia, Kenya, Burundi, Colombia, or Ecuador appearing frequently.
