Single-origin Yellow Bourbon from Kaʻū, Hawaii (Cloud's Rest micro‑lot). Bourbon variety, wine-yeast inoculated and washed processing. Available in medium-light to medium-dark roasts, it presents juicy pineapple, white grape, rose, cucumber, and almond notes with bright, floral acidity and a silky, sparkling sweetness.
