This coffee is produced by Jorge Arturo Serrano Villanueva at Finca Tierra de Leyendas in the Siguatepeque region of Honduras. Grown between 1150 and 1550 meters above sea level, this lot is processed using the washed method with minimized water usage through an eco pulper that reduces water consumption by 90%. Drying takes place slowly under shaded parabolic greenhouses for 20 to 25 days. The farm is a model of sustainable coffee cultivation with more than 30 permanent employees and up to 120 seasonal pickers paid above local standards.

Café Pista
What began in 2014 as Le Pista Cafe Mobile, a bicycle powered coffee cart created by Maxime Richard, has grown into a Montreal roastery with three brick and mortar locations.
