Jasmine Scented Catimor
KillbeanAbout This Coffee
This coffee is from Baoshan region in Yunnan, China, grown at 1700-1800 meters altitude. The variety is Catimor 7963. It undergoes honey processing followed by 3 rounds of post-processing jasmine scenting. The honey-processed version from the same lot won the YCE Honey Process Championship. The scenting process uses fresh batches of jasmine flowers for each round, with carefully calibrated flower-to-coffee ratios, scenting durations, and drying temperatures. The final grading was set by an expert scenting master using tea standards and evaluated by Q-Graders. Flavor notes include jasmine, cranberry, brown sugar, and Earl Grey tea.
