A single origin washed coffee from the volcanic highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Produced by Arturo Villatoro at Finca Los Angeles, located in the village of Hoja Blanca at an altitude of 1525–1800 masl. The farm grows Caturra, Bourbon, and Maragogype varieties, with processing done using pure mountain spring water. This medium roast offers tasting notes of chocolate covered berries, roasted nuts, and citrus. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
