Regional Honduran lot from Cerro Congolón in the Lempira Department (≈1850 MASL). A washed Arabica blend of Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai offering bright, sweet notes of yellow pear and brown sugar, with almond and milk chocolate undertones. Roasted to an expressive, moderate (medium) profile; suitable for filter and espresso.
