Honduras Los Geranios

A single-origin Honduras coffee from the Siguatepeque region in Comayagua, produced by the COHORSIL cooperative and grown in shade at 1100–1300 m. The lot is a mix of Typica, Bourbon, Catuaí, Pecas, HCAFE 90 and Lempira varieties, processed washed and roasted to a medium level. Tasting notes list citrus, strawberry and hazelnut characteristics.
