A Geisha Natural from Hacienda La Papaya, grown at 1,900–2,100 meters altitude in the Saraguro region of Ecuador. Founded by Juan Peña in 2010, the farm is a pioneering specialty coffee research center using drip irrigation, sensor monitoring, and controlled drying. Each cherry is selected, cleaned, and slowly dried for over 20 days. The cup is juicy and generously sweet with a soft, balanced acidity. Flavor notes include citrus, raspberry, strawberry, honey, and black tea. Filter roast profile. Scored 89 points.
