Guatemala T'zun Witz Espresso

This single origin coffee is from the Concepcion Huista region of Guatemala, produced by Maria, a second-generation coffee farmer from a Popti Mayan community. The coffee is processed using a manual pulping machine and sun-dried for six days. Maria received this land from her parents 15 years ago as an inheritance and focuses on environmental care and quality monitoring. The coffee is produced with support from the El Sendero cooperative, which was formed in 2016 and focuses on gender equality and supporting young coffee producers in the region.
