A single-origin Pacamara from Finca La Bolsa in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Guatemala (1,600 masl). The coffee is natural processed and roasted light, with a syrupy body and tasting notes of chocolate, blackberry and concord grape, delivering bright, crisp acidity. This lot is produced by the Vides family and roasted by Proud Mary.
