This Gesha comes from El Soccoro, Guatemala (producer Juan Diego de la Cerda) grown at ~1700 MASL. Gesha variety is washed-processed and roasted to an expressive light profile. Cup displays white-flower and jasmine florals with honeycomb sweetness, juicy orange and ripe citrus acidity, and a delicate, tea-like body.
