About This Coffee

Gasharu is a single origin natural processed coffee from Nyamasheke, Western Province, Rwanda, sourced from Gasharu Coffee. The Red Bourbon variety is grown at 1700–2100 masl and harvested in June 2021. It is a Grade 1 Arabica, producing a fruit-forward, juicy, and sweet cup. Tasting notes include pineapple, rose, papaya, and caramel. Roasted light/medium and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
