Ethiopia Keramo Anaerobic Natural is a single-microlot from Keramo (Bensa, Sidama), grown at 2,260–2,360 MASL. Landrace varieties underwent a 36-hour limited-oxygen anaerobic natural fermentation and were dried on raised beds for ~20 days. Expressive light roast yields bright pink‑lemonade acidity, mixed-berry sweetness, honeyed body, and a pineapple-fruited finish.
