The Geisha variety is processed using the natural anaerobic method, where ripe cherries are sealed in oxygen-free tanks to enhance fruity and floral characteristics, then carefully dried on raised beds under controlled conditions. The flavor profile features tropical notes of pineapple and strawberry, blackberry, dark grapes, and delicate violet florals. This coffee has a medium body and balanced acidity, creating a refreshing and complex cup.
