About This Coffee

This Geisha coffee is from Altieri Specialty Coffee, a family-owned farm located in the Boquete region of Panama on the eastern slopes of the Baru Volcano. The farm benefits from rich volcanic soil and a favorable microclimate. The coffee is processed using the washed method, where ripe cherries are carefully handpicked, depulped, and fermented before being fully washed and slow-dried under controlled conditions. The cup features delicate jasmine florals, blood orange, green apple, apricot, pear, strawberry, and mandarin orange notes with a creamy texture. It has medium body and balanced acidity.
