Rosso Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This coffee is from Finca Lérida, one of Panama's oldest and most renowned coffee estates located in the Boquete region, specifically in the Alto Quiel area at approximately 1,800 meters elevation. Established in 1924, the farm is currently managed by Maria Amoruso Areces. This is a Geisha varietal processed using the washed method, where ripe cherries are handpicked, depulped, and fermented before being fully washed and slow-dried under controlled conditions. The coffee features a tropical profile with jasmine, honey sweetness, and citrus acidity of orange, with medium body and balanced profile highlighting the elegance and complexity of this high-grown Geisha.
