A honey-processed Pacamara from Finca Santa Rosa in the northern Chalatenango Mountains of El Salvador (1650 MASL). The red-honey processed lot is raised-bed dried and roasted light, producing a sweet, complex cup with Concord grape, rose, milk chocolate, and pink grapefruit notes and a clean, bright body.
