El Angel Natural is a 100% Arabica coffee from El Salvador, specifically the Ataco region at 1350 meters altitude. The coffee is Custaleco variety, a hybrid of Villa Sarchi and Timor. It is processed using the natural (dry) method with 25-30 days drying on African beds, producing flavor notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, and apricot. Offered in various roast sizes and grind options, it is traditionally prepared as espresso but also available as whole beans.
