The Catucai variety is processed using carbonic maceration washed method. Flavor notes include orange candy, green grape, red apple, and raspberry. Crop year 2026.

The brand emerged in 2016 under Keith Koay, a three-time Malaysian Barista Champion who brought championship-level precision to a market still finding its footing in specialty coffee. In 2023, he made the move to open a the roastery with a Loring roasting machine at the heart, deliberately chosen for its ability to preserve and amplify the bright, vibrant acidity that defines their sourcing philosophy.
