This coffee is a single origin Gesha variety from Costa Rica, grown specifically on Finca Palmilera at 1750 meters altitude. It is processed naturally, allowing the beans to dry inside the cherry, which imparts juicy and tropical fruit flavors. The coffee has a punchy acidity and delicate floral notes, roasted to a super dark level, producing a bold and complex cup.
