A high-altitude Dominican coffee from Pico Duarte / Alfred Diaz (La Ciénaga) grown at 1775 m. The lot is Lempira variety, processed as a winey natural, and roasted light. Tasting notes highlight strawberry and grape, mellow red-wine acidity, brandy-like aroma, black cherry and fig jam with a long aftertaste. Recommended for espresso, pour-over (V60), AeroPress, French press and cold brew.
