Decaf La Serrania

This decaffeinated coffee is produced by 20 coffee growers in the Pitalito region of Huila, Colombia. Grown at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,750 meters above sea level. The coffee is fully washed and decaffeinated using a natural ethyl acetate process derived from sugar cane and mountain water, which removes 99.7% of the caffeine while preserving original flavors. The varietals include Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia. Flavor profile features red berry and dark chocolate notes.
