A single-origin natural processed coffee from the Bambu farm, run by the Alvarado Family (Joicafe) in Vista de Rivas, Chirripo sub-region of the Brunca growing region in Costa Rica, at 1800 meters above sea level. The farm spans 5 hectares and grows the Catuai variety. Ripe cherries are selected, floated for cleaning, rested for 50 hours, then sun-dried on greenhouse-covered patios for 20–25 days. Tasting notes include grape, plum, honey, and rum.

Founded by Curtis Zimmerman, a former international bicycle racer who discovered Nordic coffee culture during his travels through Europe, Presta Coffee emerged in 2012 with a coffee cart before establishing itself as a roastery in 2014.
