A single-origin coffee from Finca El Diviso in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,700–1,850 m.a.s.l. by third-generation producer Nestor Lasso. The variety is Ombligón, harvested in 2024–2025. Processed using an anaerobic natural method involving 48-hour open oxidation, recirculation of coffee must, cold-water sorting, thermal shock rinsing at 50°C, and final anaerobic fermentation in airtight tanks before drying in full fruit form. The coffee has earned recognition at the 2024 World Barista Championship, contributing to a 3rd place finish.
