About This Coffee

A single origin coffee from Finca Milán, located in Vereda El Hogar, Pereira, in Colombia's Risaralda growing region at 1,600 meters above sea level. Produced by third-generation coffee grower Julio Cesar Madrid Tisnés. The Caturra variety is processed using Nitro Fermentation Washed — a method involving initial cherry fermentation, cooling, depulping, oxidation, and a sealed bioreactor fermentation with nitrogen injection and starter cultures over 4–6 days, followed by sun-drying.
