This coffee is a small regional blend from Chirinos village in the province of San Ignacio, Northern Peru. It combines coffee from four local producers in the Cajamarca region. The varieties include Caturra, Bourbon, and Catimor, grown at altitudes between 1650-2000 meters above sea level. The coffee is fully washed processed. The lot size is 345kg with harvest occurring from May to September. This coffee has a quality score of 86 and is sourced through Caravela. The cup profile features grilled pineapple, golden kiwi, and sugarcane notes with bright and tropical characteristics.
