This coffee is a single origin Red Bourbon Arabica from the Bugoyi Washing Station in the Rutsiro District of Rwanda's West Province. Grown at altitudes between 1500 and 1900 meters in volcanic soil, it is washed processed with an approximate 30-day drying period. The flavor profile includes red currant, orange, and black tea notes, emphasizing a fruity and floral character with a clear and elegant cup.
