A single-origin coffee from Buena Vista Farm in Risaralda, Colombia, produced by Juan D Gallego (Don Gallego / Agroindustrias Gallego SAS), grown at 1810–1940 masl. The Castillo Rosario variety is processed using an Anaerobic Natural method with 120 hours of anaerobic fermentation, then sun-dried. The result is a tropical, fruit-forward cup with a syrupy mouthfeel and sweet lingering aftertaste. Tasting notes include Grape Candy, Mango, Raspberry, and Bubble Gum. Roasted Light/Medium and intended for filter brewing. Cup score: 86.75.
