Founded in 2018 by Henry Miller, Latitude Coffee was established to focus on the quality and importance of micro-roasting. Originally from the UK, Henry came to Australia to develop scientific methods and principles around coffee, drawing on learnings from both the northern and southern hemispheres, hence the name. They have a sharp eye for detail and are dedicated to supporting the specialist craft coffee industry, utilizing top-of-the-line equipment to provide a well-crafted coffee experience.
