A Brussels based micro roastery founded by Senina and Rutger, who were inspired by the coffee scenes in Montreal and Melbourne. They launched during Brussels Coffee Week in October 2019 with a goal to bring fresh, traceable, and delicious coffee to the Belgian capital. Wide Awake emphasizes transparency and sustainability, often working with the same producers year after year. They roast in small batches and are known for their omni roast style, creating profiles that are sweet, balanced, and suitable for all brewing methods, allowing the origin to be the hero.
