BENIKABA is a seasonal blend combining washed lots from Guatemala (Mataquesquintla) and Kenya (Kegwa) with natural lots from Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe Koke, offered in light and dark profiles). Roasted to a medium level, it features juicy red-fruit acidity and baked-apricot sweetness with cinnamon-tea aromatics, a syrupy texture, and lingering caramel notes. Suitable for espresso and pour-over brewing methods.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
