About This Coffee

The 1852 is a blend consisting of a Brazilian coffee from Nova Resende, Minas Gerais and a Colombian coffee from a women-owned farmer's cooperative in Las Rosas, Huila. This coffee features a more intense roasting and reveals flavors of dark chocolate and molasses. The blend uses Castillo, Red Bourbon, and Yellow Bourbon varieties. Processing methods include washed and pulped natural. The Brazilian component is grown at 950 meters altitude while the Colombian component is grown at 1600 meters altitude.
