This Ethiopian coffee is from the same plot that won 1st place in the 2020 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence. The lot is processed using cold water fermentation washed method. Harvested during the rainy season with full hand-sorting of fresh cherries over 72 hours, sourced directly from smallholder farmers. The coffee features flavor notes of jasmine, bergamot, tangerine, honey, and black tea, representing a high-standard effort to preserve purity and clarity.
