A rare SL-09 (colloquially "Gesha Inca") cultivar from Finca Tres Cedros, grown by Albino Ibias Ortega in the Anccocharcas community of the Inkawasi district, La Convención province, Cusco, Peru, at 2,250 meters above sea level. The farm sits on volcanic soils rich in organic matter and unique biodiversity. The SL-09 undergoes a double washed fermentation — 48 hours in cherry and 24 hours in mucilage — then dried for 25 days on raised African beds. Flavor profile features tropical, fruity, and floral notes with juicy acidity and a creamy body.
