Peru - Natural - Challhuamayo Finca Tasta - Single Origin Whole Bean

A single-origin Caturra variety from Finca Tasta in the Challhuamayo region of Peru, produced by Edith and Ivan Meza Sagarvinaga at 1550 meters elevation. Processed using the natural (dry) method from the late 2023 harvest season. Roasted to a City (Light) roast level. The cup offers lychee with pleasant sweetness, complemented by lemongrass and slight floral notes on the nose. Imported by Royal Coffee. Recommended for pour over/drip and espresso brewing.
