This coffee is a project by Adrian Santiago, founder of TNT Coffee Lab and TNT Roasters, who hand-selected the highest quality coffee cherries and applied his own creative processing. Adrian is a 2020 Panama Barista Competition champion with extensive experience across various Panama farms and processing projects.
