This coffee is a Green Tip Geisha from Janson Coffee Farm's Los Alpes lot 106, grown at 1,700 meters in Tisingal, Panama Highlands on the Talamanca Mountain Range, NW of the Barú Volcano. Harvested on January 20, 2023, it is processed using an anaerobic washed method with 72 hours of fermentation and dried on open raised beds for 9 days. The farm is a family-owned operation with volcanic soil, natural springs, and no pesticides or herbicides.
