This is a naturally processed Geisha coffee from Auromar Panama's "Finca la Aurora," a Brenes-Eleta family farm situated between 1570 and 1770 MASL in the highlands of Candela, Chiriquí, Republic of Panama. The farm spans 30.5 hectares with 14.5 hectares under cultivation. Heavy shade from endemic tree species and high-altitude Hass avocado trees provides a stable microclimate. Harvested late December through mid-March, the cherries benefit from seasonal humidity drops and sunny dry summers, yielding highly complex beans.
