Kenya-Kirinyaga Kii Factory Washed

A washed coffee from the Kii Factory, located in the southern foothills of Mount Kenya in the Kirinyaga region, grown on rich red volcanic soil. Managed by the Rungeto Farmers' Cooperative Society, the factory is known for meticulous quality processing. Only the ripest cherries are selected, hand-sorted, floated, depulped, fermented, washed, and soaked in fresh water before being dried on raised beds for two weeks. Green beans are sorted by screen size and graded (AA, AB, or PB).
