A washed coffee from the Banko Chelchele community east of Gedeb in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, part of the greater "Worka" area. Sourced from 396 local farmers contributing cherry to the Worka Chelchele washing station, built in 2021 at elevations among the highest coffee-growing altitudes in the world. Coffees are depulped, fermented for 48 hours, washed clean, soaked in fresh water, and dried on raised beds for an average of 18 days. Known for sparklingly clean and fruit candy-like cup profiles.
