A fully washed coffee from the Abaya district near Yirgacheffe in the Gedeo Zone of Ethiopia. Processed at the Foge washing station, managed by Ms. Rosa Defo, using smallholder cherry. The process includes hand-sorting, 36-hour fermentation, fresh water soaking to remove mucilage, and drying on raised beds for up to 12 days. The variety is 74110, a known Ethiopian cultivar. Yirgacheffe coffees from the Gedeo Zone are renowned for floral, jasmine-like qualities and complexity when fully washed.
