Ethiopia Uraga Guji Oromia Washed - Espresso & Filter Series

A washed coffee from the Uraga area in Guji zone, South-Eastern Oromia, Ethiopia. Grown on fertile, formerly untouched forest land, primarily featuring varieties 74110 and 74112, which are well-adapted to Uraga's environment. Coffee cherries are sourced from small family farms averaging 1–2 hectares. Processed at Haro Wachu Station, where the coffee is fermented in tanks for 48–72 hours, then shade-dried for 3 days during its most moisture-sensitive stage.
