Ethiopia - Udesa Fora Station | Washed

This washed coffee comes from Udesa Fora Station in Sukke Chiga Kebele, Kercha, in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, managed by Mekonnen Beriso with cherries contributed by 300–400 farmers. Grown at 1,900–2,100 MASL, the lot includes Kurume and Dega (also noted as heirloom 74112 and 74158), is depulped, fermented for 72 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds for 8–12 days. Tasting notes include blackberry, plum, jasmine, blueberry, and mandarin.
