Etiopía Natural Idido Desalegn Hijo

A naturally processed coffee from producer Desalegn Hijo, grown on a 10-hectare farm near the villages of Idido and Tulse in the renowned Yirga Cheffe region of Ethiopia (Kebele Tulse, Gedeo), at an altitude of 1,900–2,000 meters. The Heirloom variety is dried on raised beds for approximately two weeks, with careful turning to ensure even drying. The flavor profile features berries, ripe fruits, floral and herbal notes ranging from fresh rue to jasmine, peach, dehydrated peach, and a hint of glazed orange peel bitterness.
